Trout in the Town ​urban Conclave.
Keighley, 2-3rd July 2025


​River Worth Friends and the Wild Trout Trust, in association with the Aire Rivers Trust, are pleased to present the 5th Trout in the Town Urban Conclave, on the banks of the River Worth in the beautiful Yorkshire town of Keighley.
​
The theme is 
“Rivers in the Community: Making Collaborations Work”

 ​​The gathering is hosted by the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway at their recently refurbished venue, The Old Parcels Office, overlooking the tracks of Keighley Station in central Keighley, less than 200 metres from the River Worth.
​

The progamme

Wednesday 2nd July
Afternoon outdoor activities on the River Worth followed by
an evening informal gathering at the fully licenced Old Parcels Office.

Presentations by keynote speakers on making change happen on our rivers.

  The registration fee for the two days is £13 (£7 for students). The Wild Trout Trust is able to offer a limited number of travel and accommodation bursaries to assist with attendance at this event. Please email office@wildtrout.org to apply. All requests will be treated confidentially.”

Parking is available at ASDA Superstore car park, Bingley St, Keighley BD21 3ER
Opposite Keighley Station and The Old Parcels Office. The charge is £3.00 per day,Pre-booking is required at http://bit.ly/41AqWeC. The spaces are available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

There are national rail links to Keighley from Leeds, Bradford and Carlisle
